I started this mental health blog because it is my passion. Well, one of them at least! The other passion of mine is art and design. 1. 25 Mindfulness Illustrated Worksheets
When I first started this blog it was around the time that I discovered mindfulness and it’s benefits. I went on to design my uniquely illustrated printables as a fun way of practising the basics of mindfulness that I enjoy.

As someone who doesn’t believe having a bath with scented candles is really enough when it comes to self-care, I designed something a little more “hardcore”.
These worksheets aim to get to the point of why you feel the way you feel without the fluff. They’re a bit of fun but also helpful if you’re willing to be honest with yourself and you might just learn something along the way. The worksheets come with an accompanying e-guide to explain the point of each worksheet.

Along my mental health journey, I learned early on that setting and maintaining positive habits to be vital. This is because I find that when my behaviour is more positive, my thoughts become more positive too. I try and keep this circle going each day and my own anxiety stays at bay when I stick with positive behaviour like daily exercise.
I designed The Anxiety Worksheet Journal as a short and sweet way of tracking healthy habits. Each day has a section to track how you’re doing. Each day also has a section for you to describe what you’re worried about and how you can go about tackling your worry.
