This compact 3-page printable mental health planner is all you need to start monitoring your mental health and wellbeing. I designed this printable planner to track my own mental health an make sense of it when I began my journey of energising my mind. Since then, it’s been downloaded hundreds of times by others that have also found it to be extremely valuable!

With a foggy mind that gets easily confused when anxious, I’ve found it really useful to visualise my thoughts in a physical format, that’s why I now spend much of my time creating worksheets and planners. I truly believe that you cannot manage what you do not monitor!

I also believe that it doesn’t have to be difficult to start getting your mind on track. There’s so much information out there about how to treat anxiety and stress and it can get really confusing really quickly. However, taking small steps through daily healthy habits is the only starting point.

Start looking after your mood and emotions with the free printable mental health planner…

Looking after your mind is like looking after your body. When you’re trying to lose weight, you’ll usually do your best to track your progress though apps and weighing yourself. Looking after your mental health should be thought of in the same way.

Here’s what’s included in your free mental health planner;

  • Daily mental health checklist
  • Daily mindfulness tracker
  • Daily goal focus
  • Daily to do checklist
  • Daily gratitude checklist

Daily positive habits

The printable mental health planner is designed to encourage you to take up small but positive healthy habits each and every day. With small mindfulness exercises like mindful eating you can begin to make small incremental steps to changing the way you feel by doing something new and intentional.

Looking after your mental health is not done in a universal way. Some people like to meditate, some like to talk to others (always recommend) some people like to do exercise and others like to make art. Whatever it is you like to do, you can use this mental health planner to write down what you’re going to focus on each day.

Getting things done

The weekly to-do list worksheet is ideal for tracking what you need to do from Monday through to Sunday. The anxiety I feel makes me forgetful and I often find it difficult to retain information and so having tools to plan out my days is very vital in my work and hoe life. However, having a daily to-do planner is always helpful for anyone, not matter what your memory is like!

Daily Gratitude

If depression is the disease, I have found gratitude to be the antidote. That’s why I included a gratitude worksheet with the mental health planner. For me, it’s such an important tool to use because too often we get caught up in the ‘small stuff’ and forget what really matters. And, sometimes thinking about what we’re grateful for isn’t enough, we have to practise it on paper.
