Here’s some of my personal favourites;
Flying high meditation
The Flying high meditation is a fun, relaxing visualisation meditation that gets you to use your imagination. The idea is to settle down somewhere comfortable before closing your eyes and taking some full, deep breaths. Then, imagine yourself gliding gently over a forest and notice evey detail you can see along the landscape. Notice how the air feels against your skin, the light of the sun and the colours of the trees.
There is nothing else you need to do during this meditation. If your thoughts begin to wonder, simply bring them back to your meditation exercise. This meditation works well with relaxing music.
Like a mountain
The Like a mountain meditation card is a perfect grounding meditation exercise. Here you will need to find somewhere calm to sit and once more use your imagaination. Picture yourself as a heavy mountain with you head the peak near the clouds, your body the slopes and your legs the base.
