Truth be told, I’m fed up being told that to show myself care I need to spend a day to myself. How useful even is that? I mean sure it’s great having a day to yourself – as an adult you probably spend most of your time working or looking after your family…

Mindfulness activities like journaling are a great way to practise self-care, calm your mind and be present. And in my opinion, nothing is better than writing.
